Invisalign takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, using a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you.

These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable, and virtually invisible plastic that you simply wear over your teeth. Wearing the aligners will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements your Invisalign dentist or orthodontist plans out for you.

First, your dentist will take a digital scan of your teeth with the iTero scanner, which will serve to mould your first set of aligners. Your dentist will then work to fine-tune every shift in every tooth using Invisalign software, providing a type of road map for your new smile.

Your dentist can even show you your new smile before you even get started with our recently acquired iTero Scanner.

Invisalign aligners are also removable, so you can continue brushing and flossing normally. This can lead to better overall dental health in the future.

I have decided to start orthodontic treatment to straighten my teeth and found Dr Ahmed`s practice on the Invisalign website. It had really good reviews and it`s also close to my house so I decided to go for a consultation for which I had to pay but they told me it will be refundable at the end of the consultation (so basically, was for free).

Dr Ahmed was very friendly and we went through all my options and finally decided on the Invisalign for which she also gave me a discount. After a deposit was paid, impressions, x-rays, and pictures of my teeth were taken after which my dental animation came and she explained the entire process, how long will it take, and so on. She then sent me the animation by email and I gave my written confirmation that she may proceed to order the aligners. I have 30 aligners to wear which is a lot more than I was expecting but hey, when it comes to teeth, the slowest is the healthiest.

After the aligners came, I went over and she carefully prepared my teeth for the aligners to be put on and I didn`t feel any pain or any discomfort whatsoever. She was very gentle and always explained what she was doing. A true professional.
I am now on my first set of trays and I will see her again in 3 weeks for which I look forward to.
In my honest opinion, she has been nothing but great and professional all the way so I trust her opinion and am glad to have chosen her as my orthodontist.

I had the Invisalign for around six months

I am very very grateful for Longwood House Dental Clinic for helping me achieve the smile I have long been waiting for. I have been to different dentists, had braces since 2012, and it felt such a long journey to get the teeth and smile that I am happy with. When a colleague recommended Dr. Ahmed to me in 2019, it came with the highest praise, so I gave it a try.
I had the Invisalign for around six months, and the results were amazing. I then had to undergo a series of dental fillings, and even though it felt tedious, once I saw the result, I knew everything was worth it.

And when the pandemic hit, I can only praise them for their strict COVID19 protocol (confirmation of health two days before, temperature checks, PPEs worn, hand sanitizers, etc.). I forgot I was wearing them

Before treatment, I was very unhappy with my crooked teeth and never smiled. When I read about clear braces, I thought that they would not work for me.
