What is 32Co?
32Co is a clear aligner system designed around collaboration between your treating dentist and an expert orthodontist. Your appointments and ongoing care remain with the team you know at Longwood House, while specialist orthodontic expertise supports the planning of your tooth movements.
The aligners are custom-made to fit over your teeth and are designed to move them gradually through a planned sequence. Because they are clear and removable, they can fit more naturally around work, meals, social occasions and everyday oral hygiene.
Every smile is different. Before recommending treatment, we will examine your teeth, gums and bite, listen to what you would like to change and explain whether 32Co is suitable for you.
A straighter smile without fixed metal braces
32Co treatment is designed to make teeth straightening more discreet and manageable while keeping professional supervision at the centre of your care.
Is 32Co right for me?
Clear aligners may be used for a range of alignment and bite concerns, but the right treatment depends on more than how straight the front teeth look.
How 32Co clear aligners work
01.
Consultation and smile assessment
We examine your teeth, gums and bite, discuss your concerns and decide whether clear aligner treatment is clinically suitable.
02.
Digital records and treatment planning
Detailed digital records are taken. Your dentist works with 32Co’s orthodontic team to plan controlled tooth movements around your individual needs.
03.
Reviewing your proposed result
Before treatment begins, we explain the proposed plan, likely timescale, responsibilities, limitations and personalised cost.
04.
Receiving and wearing your aligners
You receive a sequence of custom-made aligners. Each set is worn for the period prescribed, with removal for meals and cleaning.
05.
Progress reviews
Regular reviews allow us to monitor movement, answer questions and confirm that treatment is progressing as planned.
06.
Finishing and retention
Once the planned movements are complete, retainers help protect your new smile and reduce the risk of teeth moving back.
Why have 32Co treatment at Longwood House?
Aligner treatment is considered as part of your wider dental care, rather than as an isolated cosmetic purchase. You have a dental team to contact, appointments at our Ilford practice and professional checks as your smile changes.
We explain suitability, expected outcomes, possible limitations, costs and retention before asking you to proceed. You stay under the care of Longwood House Dental Care from your first assessment through to your final result and retention.

Your assessment comes before the aligners
Clear aligners can help many patients, but the right treatment depends on more than how straight the front teeth look. Your bite, gum health, tooth position, previous dental work and long-term stability all matter.
During your consultation, we will assess your smile and discuss the result you would like to achieve. Where appropriate, digital records and scans are used to create a detailed treatment plan. We will explain what is realistic, what your treatment may involve and whether another option would serve you better.
How much do 32Co aligners cost?
The cost of treatment depends on the complexity of your case, the number of aligners required, the length of treatment and any additional clinical procedures needed.
After your assessment and treatment planning, we will provide a personalised written quotation so you know what is included. We can also explain the payment options available at Longwood House Dental Care.
